  1. Tully says:

First Villa game of the season and I have not been this uncertain about my team since John Gregory was in charge.

By the way… “at least one American”, eh? Well, Spector could definitely feature… are we hoping for an Eric Lichaj sighting?

  2. Beau Dure says:

They haven’t sold Friedel yet, have they? Even if they had, wouldn’t Guzan be in goal?

And maybe a certain U.S. national team coach will be in attendance.

  3. Tully says:

Oh, no, Friedel will be there — I was talking more about “AT LEAST one”.

Bob Bradley… Villa manager… Bob Bradley… Villa manager… give me a weekend to wrap the brain around it.

  4. Tully says:

FYI, The Big Lead is calling it: Bradley out as US coach, will take over at Villa, possibly bringing Donovan with him.

Bring your kid too, Bob. Mike’s a pretty solid holding midfielder. Certainly a sight better than Gavin McCann was.
